Usually when searching, using tags, I want to search links that have tag foo AND tag bar. Currently, it's tag foo OR tag bar.

When you creating a filter with 2 or more tags, it acts as the AND operator ("Tag relationship: Items in a union of the selected tags"). It's tedious to create a filter and then delete it, just for 1 search.
