Quick Save shortcut remember last collection used

When using the Quick Save feature, and when 'open collection popover by default', it should remember the last used collection. This will allow quickly adding links w/o having to select the collection each time. Or, perhaps add a default collection that can be selected and that will be the one used when quick adding.

David Preschel - I actually prefer being able to select the collection each time and my understanding is that the last used collection is always the first collection option. Perhaps this can be an optional setting?
