I see iCloud syncing as method of backup, if a computer fails, Anybox can be restored from iCloud sync.

I see mentioned in https://anybox.canny.io/feature-requests/p/alternative-syncing-method that an alternative sync method is not practical. In situations where someone cannot log into an iCloud account, this feature becomes unavailable.

A possible alternative in this case could be a scheduled export (as json) to a specific location on the computer, then this location could be backed up through other means.
